Prayer Matters Numerous studies have been done over the years to show that prayer not only makes a difference to a person's faith, it also has a dramatic effect on the physical aspects of healing, and brain injuries. In study after study you can read about these incredible results. In a study by the National Study of Medicine July 2023 showed that people with Chronic Illness survived up to 6 years longer than those who did not. The questions this pose are just as immense. Is prayer a placebo, changing our perspective, or giving us false hope, and therefore changing the outcome by changing our mood? Is it the belief in the prayer or the prayer that makes the difference? Is prayer affecting the part God plays in our problems?
